ABOUT ADRIAN D. JONES
Servant Leadership and Leading with Love are my philosophies when approaching my work. This is showcased through my educational experience in social work and my employment experience serving students and communities. It has been an honor to continue the intentional work that many before have started and to build pathways, structures, and vision for others to do the same. I have acquired a passion for public speaking through presentations, workshops, tours, and many more areas of engagement. Building community connections is a strength built; being able to bring together diverse groups of thinkers, movers, and doers. I have learned from experience and that of others to implement a system of self and team organization platforms and processes that allows for the creation and achievement of Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Reasonable, Time-Bound (SMART) goals. Program and event planning at all levels (small, medium, large) are my passion. I ensure events are accessible, accommodating, and most importantly purposeful, to enhance and increase attendance. Using timelines, SMART Goals, check-ins, and follow-up/debriefs has helped to ensure events are successful and identify the areas for improvement and enhancement.
