   The role of an EFB Administrator operates at the intersection of a number of departments including Flight Operations, Inflight, Tech Ops, Tech Pubs, Regulatory Compliance and Information Technology. This position is responsible for overseeing the management and growth of mobile computing in a highly regulated environment and assists in the management of flight operation regulatory compliance. To be successful, the individual must possess strong communication skills and be adept at fostering relationships in this highly networked business environment. A strong IT background with an understanding of airline procedures and regulatory requirements is essential to success.Key Responsibilities:* Serve as the administrator and Subject Matter Experts of all EFB applications, datasets and operating system to ensure the quality and integrity of Spirit\'s EFB program and compliance with regulatory requirements.* Oversee the operational release of new versions of operating system and installed software.* Ensure mobile device configuration control is exercised.* Manage the quality control process and ensure testing protocols are followed for new software.* Maintain strong working relations with Information Technology counterparts and act as liaison between Operations departments and IT as it relates to EFB and information delivery.* Maintain EFB catalog and other documentation required for continued FAA compliance of EFB programs.* Maintain working knowledge of applicable FAA Advisory Circulars and 8900 guidance related to EFB programs.*Program SME- SOTI, AirWatch, FlySmart, Orlando, Comply365( Admin, DCM and Forms), Jeppersen, Foreflight, SumTotal, iOS
