Voluntary position on the Board of the management company of a Grade II listed building. Responsibility for long term financial forecasting of costs and charges, accounts reconciliation and annual budget.Identified a shortfall in the long term maintenance cost planning of the business so took the responsibility for financial forecasting and analysis to ascertain the future income and expenditure needs over the next 30+ years. Developed a 42 year periodic maintenance plan with cash flow projections and wrote an explanatory document on the process for distribution to the shareholders.
