ABOUT ADRIAN BORBÉLY

Specialist in negotiation as a managers\' skill, in conflict resolution and litigation management, I am one of the promoters of the realist negotiation method (book writing in progress), sort of a \"principled negotiation ++\" based on the French (good) practices. Professionally, I balance my time between my activity of Professor in negotiation at emlyon and the management of the PRONEGO-DBS association, a group of certified negotiation trainers who intervene in companies and public administrations. I am also one of the founding members of ENEA, the European Negotiation Association. I share myself between teaching, training professionals and writing, with some consulting and interventions in conflict-ridden organizations. Among my recent publications- An article on train strikes for The Conversation France - A book chapter on the tension between interests and values within Anakin in \"Star Wars in Conflict Resolution\"(chapter may be distributed on demand, the whole book is available on Amazon) I currently work on drafting the negotiation method I am blessed to teach at emlyon, at the French INET and INSP in Strasbourg, as well as to future mediators, attorneys and professionals from all horizons.
