I have over 18 years of experience in this field, and I hold both an Osha 10 and Forklift Train the Trainer Certification that demonstrates my commitment to safety and compliance.My core competencies include relationship-building, communication skills, strategic decision-making skills, management skills, and visionary leadership. I oversee the hiring, screening, and placement of over 600 employees, and I train and supervise 22 in-house staff members. I set goals and metrics for performance, and I deliver solutions that meet the needs and expectations of both employers and job seekers. My main objective is to mold and develop a team of staff that understands the value that we add to both the Customer and Employee during our match-making process.
