ABOUT ADRIAN ALFANO
Adrian has over 15 years experience in the construction industry, having joined Mace initially on the Graduate Programme. He has also previously completed the Mace Developing Success Scheme at Imperial College London, a specialist one-year course to develop our future business leaders. In his time with Mace, Adrian has worked on a portfolio of some of the highest profile developments in London including 21 Moorfields for Landsec, Paddington Square for Sellar Property Group, and 40 Leadenhall for M&G Real Estate. Adrian is currently serving as building lead, delivering a £150 ‘project within a project’ - a new purpose built 18 courtroom legal facility called The City of London Law Courts as part of the wider £500m Salisbury Square Development. Adrian creates strong relationships with stakeholders and understands the importance of forming trust with residents, businesses and other neighbouring properties. He is highly experienced at overcoming challenges on constrained inner-city projects, taking an adaptable and innovative approach to problem solving.
