Ontario and West Department Manager for Impact Assessment and Permitting (IAP). Managing a team of Cultural Resource Specialists, Ecologists, Planners, and Indigenous Consultation professionals from Ontario to the west coast, as well as national lead for Cultural Resources in Canada. As department manager for the West & Ontario IAP team Adria is responsible for operations, business development, agency consultation, while providing technical expertise, leadership and guidance, and supporting growth. Adria Grant has worked within the environmental regulatory system for the entirety of her career, beginning in cultural resource management in Her technical background is in archaeology and heritage as well as First Nations consultation. Adria has acted as technical lead on numerous large multi-disciplinary projects across a variety of sectors including transportation, oil and gas, land development, mining, power and renewable energy.
