With nearly 12 years of diverse international experience in the manufacturing industry, I am a seasoned engineer adept at driving operational excellence and process optimization. My expertise spans process engineering, automation, industrial plant management, and project management. Throughout my career, I\'ve demonstrated strong leadership and coordination skills as a project manager. I\'ve led the introduction of new products and changes in production by effectively coordinating the R&D team with contract manufacturers. This involved establishing workflows and improving communication channels to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project execution. Additionally, I’ve effectively managed maintenance teams, both internal and external, to ensure uninterrupted operations and minimise downtime, further enhancing my leadership and coordination skills. Moreover, my hands-on experience in developing automated test benches for electronic product testing has allowed me to implement complex automated solutions and navigate challenges by devising cost-effective semi-automated alternatives, significantly enhancing operational efficiency. Driven by a commitment to continuous growth, I pursued a post-graduate program specialising in industrial plant management and manufacturing engineering. Leveraging this advanced knowledge, I\'ve excelled as a Project and Process Engineering Manager within the global supply chain team, where I\'ve made significant contributions to manufacturing operations on a global scale.
