I have worked as a Senior Sales Advisor on many real estate residential projects based in Bangalore. I have worked alongside various reputed developers and builders such as \'Prestige\',\'Brigade\' And \"Sobha\"(to name a few), during which time I was recognized for my drive and passion towards project management. I have successfully handled pre launch and launch real estate projects. During my tenure, I was also relied upon for carrying out pre sales marketing activities such as below the line marketing(kiosks and corporate marketing activations) and above the line marketing(newspaper, radio and television advertisements). I have also worked on post sales activities such as customer relationship management and customer success management. My current position as an Area Sales Manager, at Magicbricks Realty Services Ltd, a Times Group firm based in India, has provided me with corresponding skills such as digital marketing, lead generation, real estate client management and time management along with the ability to manage and meet deadlines. I have knowledge of MS Office applications and have worked directly with clients and I understand the importance of building a trusting relationship between client and company. I have the desire to learn and grow and look forward to working on it. I meet challenges head-on and look for new innovated ways to resolve any issues that may arise.
