Responsible for supporting all incoming Customer changes, to include quoting Quality hours for the verification and implementation and validation of the change, which includes AS9102 requirements for First Article Inspection. • Serve as Quality for change management meetings with Integrated Product Team (IPT) to advise of status of all open and past due Engineering changes; YTD over 425 open changes across 7 programs. • Manage master burn-down list for all open and past due product validations including regular communication with the IPT, Customer, and Senior Leadership.• Accountable for over 400 documents in the DocuShare system; providing monthly notices for aged documents, cross functional support for the creation, maintenance, and retirement of policy documents, and updating and maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) matrices. Implemented DocuSign legal system to ensure owner approval and accountability of QMS documents.• Assisted Quality Engineers with internal/external audits to verify effectiveness of Corrective and Preventative Action plans. As well as prepared for the AS9100 Rev D audit which allowed recertification with 0 major findings & 0 minor findings.
