I have been involved in the construction, commissioning and operation of 5 MBT plants, 4 of which have associated AD, 4 IVCs, 1 clean MRF and 20 HWRCs.This has given me great experience in what are relatively new technologies in this industry. During this period I have been involved in negotiations with the EPC contractor and relevant legislative organisations ensuring that the facilities delivered were as designed.I currently manage the defects across the entire project and work within a technical team advising on improvements to get the facilities to final acceptance.I am also one of Viridor engagement champions which means I am deeply involved in coaching, promoting and managing employee engagement and satisfaction across the region.I have 31 years experience in the waste industry and feel privileged to have an influential role in a company which truly believe in waste as a resource and strives to give the worlds resource new life.
