As General Counsel to the Commission, I provide senior legal support and advisory services on a broad range of operational, legal and policy initiatives to the Chair, Commission members, Executive Director and staff. As Director of Policy and Market Regulation, I am responsible for the supervision and management of the registration, compliance, investor education and communications staff and functions of the Commission as well as the development, implementation and oversight of the Commission’s policy and legislative initiatives.
