Hi, I’m Adora Lam, an Asset Management Analyst in Northern Trust’s Rotational Development Program, currently rotating with the Liquidity and Fixed Income Trading team. I hold a B.S. in Finance, cum laude, from DePaul University.In my current role, I support short duration and liquidity portfolios through trade execution and operational workflows, including money market and fixed income trading support, Canadian trade processing, and daily market monitoring. I contribute to SDFI market recaps, track front end rates and funding markets, and collaborate closely with portfolio managers, traders, and operations to ensure accurate and timely execution.Previously, I completed a rotation on the Consultant Relations team, where I partnered with institutional investment consultants across North America. My work included coordinating due diligence requests, managing consultant intelligence, and contributing to insights that supported product positioning and relationship strategy.I bring a strong foundation in communication and leadership from my time as President of Delta Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc, where I led strategic initiatives focused on academic excellence, inclusion, and community.I’m driven by curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning, and I’m excited to keep growing at the intersection of markets, relationships, and impact.
