As part of the workforce services division of ResCare our goal is to help employers find potential candidates for open positions through the use of South County Career Center resources. We have wage reimbursement programs that help to offset the cost of training new employees and we can promote job listings using email blasts. Employers can also use our rooms to host recruitments where you can talk about your company’s job openings and hiring processes or to hold actual job interviews.I also provide comprehensive case management services while maintaining a case load of complex cases that involves extensive client interaction. I present monthly workshops to our clients, provide resume assistance, and up to date job leads. I also assist customers with identifying employment goals and career development needs, and developing achievable realistic service and employment plans.
