NTI is hiring a full-cycle Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment efforts across the organization. This in-person role involves partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop effective sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and manage the end-to-end hiring process.Key Responsibilities:Source and screen candidates using job boards, referrals, and other toolsCoordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection strategiesConduct phone interviews and present qualified candidatesMaintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ADP Workforce Now)Represent NTI at job fairs and campus recruitment eventsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree preferred2–4 years of talent acquisition or staffing experienceStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsExperience with Microsoft Office 365 and various job boardsKnowledge of recruitment best practices and ATS tools
