As a Product Manager at For The Record (FTR), I lead the development and delivery of Recording Vault, a cloud-based solution that enables secure and scalable storage, access, and management of digital evidence for courts and justice agencies. With over 8 years of experience in the digital evidence recording industry, I have a strong track record of driving new business development, enhancing customer satisfaction, and improving operational efficiency.In my current role, I work closely with the engineering, sales, and marketing teams to define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, as well as to coordinate the launch and adoption of new features and enhancements. I also collaborate with key stakeholders and partners across the public and private sectors to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities, and to deliver solutions that meet their requirements and expectations.
