I lead Product Management, Design, and Customer Success for the Agentic AI organization at AWS, where we’re building the next generation of autonomous developer experiences. My team owns the Developer Agents and Experiences charter, spanning Amazon Q Developer and Kiro, our agentic IDE and CLI platform that redefines how developers build, operate, and evolve software. We also drive partner integrations with GitHub and GitLab, extending our agents into the broader software development ecosystem. Our focus is to transform how software is built—shifting from tool-assisted workflows to collaborative systems where humans and AI agents build together.When I joined the organization, I took on leadership of Amazon Q Developer, a rapidly expanding product spanning three core areas: developer experiences in the IDE and CLI, generative AI capabilities within the AWS Management Console, and enterprise transformation tooling that helps organizations modernize their applications and reduce technical debt. As the product and customer base grew, I guided its evolution into a more focused and scalable portfolio—strengthening the developer experience through Kiro, and shaping the modernization capabilities that now power AWS Transform. These changes brought greater clarity for customers, sharper product-market alignment, and faster innovation across the stack.In many ways, my team is reimagining what made AWS special in its early days—lean, high-velocity teams operating with deep customer empathy, direct access to leadership, and a relentless bias for invention. Beyond technology, we’re building the organizational systems and culture that can sustain innovation at scale.
