Role and Key Responsibilities • Project Management role covers activities post receipt of Purchase Order till the site is made live and handed over to the Operations department • Preparation of Standard Operations Procedures for deployment (SOP) for the managed accounts • Identification of site, Vendor alignment, tracking of each delivery step for deployment, managing reporting and controlling SLA’s • Includes Customer, Internal and Management reporting’s • Lead Customer reviews for deployment statistics and SLA’s • Responsible to ensure ‘Zero’ penalties, and back to back penalty implications to Vendors under exceptions • Tight control on budget and SLA’s set for Vendors • Complete coordination and responsibility for the accounts managed to ensure customer, internal teams (including Sales, Channel Managers, Operations, Vendor Management, etc.) and management satisfaction • Deployment targets include new, replacement and shifting of non-performing/ customer requirements • Part of Vendor review management process
