ABOUT ADNAN RASHID

I am a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (FCA) with over 14 years of experience in finance and accounting across various sectors, including oil and gas services, manufacturing, and trading. I currently serve as the Finance Director at MEMF Electrical Industries Co, a subsidiary of Khalid Fahad Alboyaz Holding Group Co, where I oversee the financial operations and reporting. My core competencies include financial management, financial modeling, risk management, internal controls, audit, budgeting, cost management, working capital management, cash flow planning, regulatory filling, and ERP implementation. I have successfully set up the finance and accounts function of an oil and gas services company in Pakistan and Iraq, and conducted financial due diligence, feasibility studies, and business valuations for various M&A transactions. I have also gained international exposure and expertise in IFRSs, ISAs, tax laws, corporate laws, and other regulatory and reporting frameworks through my previous roles at KPMG and Hoshan Company Limited. My mission is to deliver value-added financial insights and solutions that support the strategic goals and growth plans of my organization and stakeholders.
