   RUH061 & RUH063 Data Centers July 2024 - PresentClient: Data Services Saudi Arabia Limited Architect: AECOMCivil: AECOMMEP: Black & White EngineeringContract Scope: Both projects consist of the construction of foundations, a new shell-and-core data-center building with 8-Data Halls and the building fit-out work including internal finishing elements. The full scope will be captured by issuing 3 individual Work Orders (WO). The scope of each WO will be as follows:1- WO-01 - Site Early Work, this will include cut & fill / site remediation, main building sub-structure, generator yards for 26 generators, chiller platform for 24 chillers and all supporting underground utilities within the building and supporting site infrastructure work.2- WO-01 – Shell & Core, this will include the main building SOG, structural steel framing, wall sandwich panels, louvres, roof waterproofing, all supporting axillary buildings which include: MV Building, Fire Pump Building / Fire Water Storage Tanks, Access Control Building, Client Control Building, Capacitor Bank Area and Intake Building. 3- WO-03 – ROMP01 – this will include the main building finishing work, installation of Data Hall 01 racking, Sally Port, loading dock leveller, boundary wall & security fencing and all supporting road pavement and landscaping work.
