I lead a diverse team of engineers to verify and validate (V&V) innovative robotic hardware technology for automated warehousing solutions through the Agile / Scrum philosophy. We have identified and led issue resolution for product issues, working closely with design teams, suppliers and project managersI delivered improvements in testing capabilities within the group including test equipment/hardware, investing & encouraging the team’s personal development and growing our test facility. I have created designs for test rigs, conducted vibration measurement and testing, supported wiring and fault finding activities.I am part of the health & safety committee, ensuring test activities are being carried out in a safe manner with the right procedures, risk assessments and equipment

I lead a diverse team of engineers that apply simulation and physical verification tools on innovative robotic hardware technology. Ocado\'s solution has been developed for automated warehousing solutions. My team members have varied specialisations, experience levels & backgrounds. I manage my team’s deliverables using Agile, run planning & prioritisation with wider stakeholders, individual development, as well as my own project deliverables.I regularly use 6Sigma in my daily work which includes data analysis, design of experiments and FMEA\'s to name a few. My work involves executing project deliverables with the help of a large, global team involving different functions such as applied technologies, test operations, product design groups, manufacturing and program management. I have led product quality improvement projects with major global OEM\'s using structured problem-solving methodologies. In this role I have collaborated directly with customers, led root cause analysis, technical planning and the implementation of short-term and long-term solutions.I also have several years of experience in systems engineering experience on new product development programs. Through this experience, I have demonstrated my skills in areas such as technical requirements management, FMEA\'s, reliability engineering, design integration and product validation.
