ABOUT ADNAAN FAZILI

Experienced Program Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Skilled in Budgeting, Microsoft Excel, Customer Service, Microsoft Word, and Program Evaluation. Strong program and project management professional with a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) focused in Drug Addiction from Vikram University. I have worked with reputed social organizations in the field of child rights, youth issues, women empowerment, Orphans, Widows, CSR, Education and community participation for nearly ten years not only in Kashmir but in Delhi and Mumbai as well. Possessing conceptual clarity and practical experience, I have evolved over the years professionally, and find myself committed towards working with systems, structures and stakeholders. I find it critically imperative for the society, through collaborative efforts, to strengthen systems and mechanisms that strive for the quality education of children which is critical for the development of both children and society. I have enjoyed the privilege of working with reputed organizations like Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS)- Mumbai and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII)- New Delhi in various settings and levels which has availed me opportunities to become cognizant of the ground realities and modalities related to various issues.
