Leadership of a team of 60 delivering the complete product lifecycle for Meeting, AV, and Scheduling products. Team consists of 30 product managers and analysts in the end user Collaboration space and a 30-person development team. Implemented an integrated product strategy deploying new or transformed products to 15,00o rooms and spaces. Responsible for the complete product lifecycle from intake and innovation through build, deployment, service delivery, risk, vendor, finance, and retirement. Responsibilities included both Agile development teams and infrastructure product professionals. Significant supplier and vendor relationships. Major achievements included the transition to Modern Meetings for meeting rooms; enhancing engineering, operations, and monitoring of meeting spaces; managing a budget of $10m including $5m invest / innovation funding. Expanded our product offering to 150 member firms and end users. Pivoted the team to Product management thinking including vendor management, pricing, contracts, lifecycle management, RoI, Support and operate. Developed Scheduling and provisioning specific products for Room management, meeting Services and account provisioning.
