I am passionate about hospitality and travel.I oversee the Front Desk, Engineering, Housekeeping, Sales, Marketing, and Retail departments at The Wort Hotel. I’m equally passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting my team. With a strong eye for detail, I understand how even the smallest touches can leave a lasting impression. Customer service is always my top priority, and I’m proud to work alongside one of the best teams in the industry.Additionally, I have experience in hospitality marketing including traditional, paid and social media marketing. Equally, I enjoy revenue management and all of the challenges it brings. Quite simply, I love seeing how one small change can produce huge results.In my spare time I enjoy skiing, hiking, and biking.
