New Part Introduction:• Conducted product and process analysis for Martin Logan Statement Speaker quality improvement, cost reduction and enhanced efficiency.• Developed and maintained Engineering Masters for new Paradigm Founder Series Speakers. Was in charge of New Part Approval and Roll out process of the new Founder Series speakers(6 variants).• Coordinated manufacturing launch of new and revised products by establishing goals, training team members and evaluating results.• Designed, developed and optimized processes for both new and existing products to improve Quality and efficiency.• Completed Value Added/Value Engineering (VA/VE) studies on new and existing part assemblies and initiated change through ECR/ECN processPurchasing Team Leader:• Negotiated with vendors for better pricing on parts procured.
