About Adjo Evonlah
Adjo is a graduate of Towson University, where she received her Bachelor\'s in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business. Prior to starting at the Library of Congress, she completed an internship at The Wilson Center, where she assisted in the management of the Internship Program, or, as she would put it,\"by interns for interns!\". In this role, she coordinated professional development events and led a comprehensive program assessment. Her report evaluated the program’s current state, identified areas for growth, and offered strategic recommendations for future improvements. This work involved analyzing multi-semester survey data, giving her hands-on experience with monitoring, evaluation, and learning processes. She later adapted her findings into a presentation delivered at the inaugural Intern Showcase — an event she also helped plan and execute. She is passionate about connecting underserved communities and emerging talent to the resources they need to thrive. In her free time, Adjo enjoys dancing and writing poetry. Adjo looks forward to bringing her enthusiasm, organizational skills, and experience to her next adventure!
