I am responsible for managing and leading transformation initiatives for GM client Integration teams in the 3 Regions (AMERICAS, APAC and EMEA). I worked closely with the front to back functions (i.e. Global Markets Business Lines, IT, Operations, RISK, FIC Credit risk Coverage.) to implement the Global client Onboarding Operating Model and to ensure processes are fully syndicated, with objective to deliver operational efficiencies. Notably, I am in charge of- Overseeing global monitoring and leading target operating model transformation initiatives-Designing, improving and implementing end-to-end Global Markets products (including OTC, Cash Equities & bonds, Security lending.) on-boarding processes- Leading platform/system integration, automation and simplified workflow design efforts. Engage with Market utilities vendors- Presentation of strategic transformation related to client onboarding topics to senior management - Promote risk management awareness within client onboarding community
