Hello I\'m Aditya. I\'m finishing my M.Sc. in Electromobility at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and currently work as a Werkstudent in Zerspanung (precision machining) at Schaeffler AG in Herzogenaurach.Before Germany, I spent two years as a Mechanical Design Engineer in Pune, where I learned the thing most CAD courses don\'t teach you: a beautiful design that costs too much to make is a bad design.A few numbers from that chapter:→ saved per production batch through smarter jig & fixture design (Penta Designers)→ ~40 man-hours and in costs eliminated at ADSS using Kaizen, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping→ Reduced scrap rates through GD & T discipline across multiple SOLIDWORKS / Creo / Catia / Ansys projectsNow I\'m combining that manufacturing-floor perspective with what I\'ve learned at FAU about electromobility, battery systems, and e-powertrain design.
