As VP and GM of Monetization, my team is accountable for new products that supplement the marketplace\'s commission revenue with \"non-commission\" revenue. A core tenet of this team is to ensure that our products tightly couple buyer & seller value with business value (revenue). Notes- Founded the Monetization business and org that accounts for x% of revenue at Poshmark- Hired leadership team: product management, GTM and engineering - Incubated two product areas (\"Promoted Closet\"/ seller advertisting tool, Third-party Ads) that drive incremental revenue and take rate for the marketplace- Developed Poshmark\'s first-party ads marketplace from 0 to 1 - Member of management team at Poshmark, reporting to CEO/Founder with frequent board-level participation; involved in due diligence & acquisition of Poshmark by Naver Corp
