My work has covered 50+ project sites across AP, Telangana, and Maharashtra.What I actually do:› Build MIS and decision-support systems that project directors rely on for governance and audit› Find what the data is not telling anyone — I once traced a structural steel reclassification gap distorting asset accounts across a ₹40–60Cr portfolio and worked with ERP developers to fix it› Design operational reporting systems used by site teams across remote locations — including environments with no digital connectivity, where data integrity had to be maintained manually and reconciled centrally› Handle international procurement documentation end-to-end — Taiwan imports, customs clearance, regulatory filingsOne number: sustained 15–20% reduction in material discrepancies across my entire tenure.
