Aditya is an accomplished and highly experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professional with a strong track record of over 17 years in the oil and gas industry. His extensive expertise spans various global and domestic locations, including the USA, the Middle East, and North Africa. He has a deep understanding of both upstream and midstream assets, such as production facilities, compressor stations, gas processing plants, and crude oil terminals, with a particular focus on the shale plays of the U.S. Lower 48 states. Currently serving as an HSE Manager at Oxy, Aditya is dedicated to advancing corporate sustainability goals, including net-zero emissions and zero-harm initiatives. His work is focused on driving operational excellence by developing and implementing robust HSE programs, procedures, and management systems.
