As a Deputy Manager Production at INDIGO Paints Limited, I lead and manage the production process of various paint products, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards. I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Paint Technology from Harcourt butler technical university, and over 4 years of work experience in the paint industry. I have worked as an Assistant Manager Production at Indigo Paints Pvt Ltd, where I supervised and coordinated the production team, implemented process improvements, and resolved technical issues. I also have a summer internship experience at Berger Paints India, where I learned about the different types of paints, formulations, and testing methods. I have strong cross-functional team leadership, analytical, and team management skills, and I am passionate about innovating and delivering high-quality paint products that meet the needs and expectations of the customers. I am always eager to learn new technologies and techniques, and to collaborate with other professionals and experts in the field of paint technology.
