I never thought I’d end up in the teaching or training space — but life has a funny way of leading us to where we’re meant to be, right?I’m Aditya Shirsatrao, currently pursuing my B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science from N.K. Orchid College of Engineering & Technology, Solapur. I did my schooling at Saint Thomas English Medium School and Junior College, and while I come from a simple background, I’ve always carried big dreams.My journey hasn’t been easy. I struggled with English fluency, lacked confidence early on, and even faced criticism — not just for how I spoke, but also for how I looked. But over time, I learned that people’s opinions don’t define my worth. I chose to grow past the criticism, improve my skills, and focus on becoming a better version of myself — not for others, but for me.Today, I’m a MERN stack developer, currently preparing for the GATE exam to unlock further opportunities in higher education and research. I’m also learning Japanese, with the goal of pursuing my master’s and building a career in Japan.What truly drives me is the belief that helping others grow helps me grow too. I love mentoring, guiding others, and sharing what I’ve learned — especially with people from similar backgrounds who just need the right push. I want to be that push for someone, just like I once needed it myself.In the end, my biggest goal is simple: to keep learning, keep growing, and give my family the life they deserve.I’m still on the journey — but I know where I’m headed.
