I am passionate about setting up and growing high performance, impactful teams and have global exposure to compensation, budgeting, contracting and legal.With multiple granted patents and setting up Makers/Product labs for bolstering originality, I have had the opportunity to setup, live and breathe within multiple product life cycles, yet emerge timely with innovations that help acquire new customers and retain existing customers year on year. I still continue to code whenever the opportunities presents itself, love programming, 3D printing and tinkering with home automation solutions as a hobby. I actively volunteer for the Computer Society (right from my student days) and on many Industry bodies like HYSEA and have held multiple leadership and volunteer positions. Volunteering for has given me a global perspective, ability to think without bias, influence without authority and work on technologies for humanity.I love being in the midst of the nature and an avid bird watcher and a wildlife photographer trying to explore and document birds from Important Bird Areas (IBAs) whenever I get a chance.
