I’ve completed a Master’s in Construction Management (CSU East Bay) after earning my Civil Engineering degree from VIT University and bring 4+ years of experience across heavy civil and geotechnical projects. My field background spans excavation support systems (diaphragm/slurry walls), deep soil mixing for environmental remediation, and geotechnical QA/QC—giving me a strong foundation for ground improvement and foundation projects.On site, I specialize in coordinating geotechnical construction operations: setting up ITPs and QC checklists, monitoring grout and slurry properties, maintaining daily logs, tracking quantities and production, and ensuring crews and subcontractors stay aligned with design tolerances. I enjoy troubleshooting field challenges—whether it’s obstructions during drilling, slurry performance issues, or interface conflicts—to keep work moving safely and efficiently.What drives me is bridging geotechnical design intent and field execution. I take pride in translating specifications into practical workflows that protect schedule, minimize rework, and deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes for deep foundations and excavation support systems.Outside of work, I stay active through farming, hiking, badminton, and travel—keeping me resilient and ready for the fast-paced, hands-on nature of geotechnical projects.
