My journey in finance has been both exciting and rewarding. With over four years of experience across various sectors like asset management and international accounting, I’ve developed a knack for financial analysis and FP & A. Each role I\'ve taken on has taught me the importance of clarity in communication, after all, the numbers should tell a story that everyone can understand. During my time at QX Global Group, I had the opportunity to work as a Senior Accounting Associate where I developed SME financial reports that improved reporting accuracy by 30%. This wasn’t just about crunching numbers; it was about enabling better decision-making for our clients. Implementing management accounting strategies helped streamline processes within just six months. As an Accounting Trainee, I delivered precise financial reports while ensuring compliance with IFRS standards. This role taught me the value of transparency in building trust with clients—a lesson I carry with me today. Additionally, spearheading the implementation of SAP FICO allowed me to witness first hand how technology can enhance operational efficiency while minimizing disruptions. Currently freelancing on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr has expanded my horizons even further. Outside of work, I\'m pursuing my Master’s in Sustainable Finance at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
