Contribute various knowledge assets to the firmwide repository for future use. Promote new content through various means like the portal, newsletters, news articles etc. Content and asset management - Maintain repositories of assets/documents which can be readily searched by practitioners using apt keywords. Proper use of metadata to ensure the portal search picks up the right results. Perform regular content audits to remove old content from the portal. Project management - Site creation, site redesign projects. Involved in requirement gathering & content gathering; planning; design and layout; resource allocation and delivering. Portal management - Page creation & redesign; oversee daily edits & maintenance on the intranet portal as per stakeholder request using HTML, SharePoint.
