ABOUT ADITYA PATEL

As a Market Research Intern at Curefit, I apply my data analytics and customer experience skills to help the company understand the needs and preferences of its fitness and wellness customers. I conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups, and analyze the data to generate insights and recommendations for improving the customer journey and retention. I also support the marketing team in designing and executing campaigns and strategies to promote the company\'s brand and services.I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing at Alliance University Business School, where I learn the latest theories and practices of marketing management, strategy, research, and communication. I have also completed two certifications in Marketing Strategy and Data Analytics for Business Professionals from LinkedIn, which have enhanced my knowledge and skills in these areas.Before joining Curefit, I worked as a Customer Experience Manager at cure.fit (cult.fit), where I managed the communication and relationship with the customers of the fitness platform. I handled queries, complaints, feedback, and referrals, and ensured customer satisfaction and loyalty. I also collaborated with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback and suggestions for improving the user interface and functionality of the app.
