Helping design mindfully the next-gen learning platform for LetsUpgrade. • Currently designing a SaaS -MVP with the help of the double diamond design framework setting as the foundation to take end-to-end responsibility from research to testing for major universities and clients such as ITM Group of Institutions, Raymond, Myglamm, etc My daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Actively identifying product gaps through qualitative and quantitative research methods, including market and competitive analysis, and converting findings into actionable items for implementation. • Constantly seeking feedback from multiple stakeholders on ideas and wireframes to validate assumptions and help fulfil consumer goals • Responsible for composing stories for feature development which involve the scope of work, wireframes/ mockups and testing themes • Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks • Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas • Presenting and defending designs with data-backed decisions of key milestone deliverables to leaders, peers and executive-level, stakeholders and potential investors • Collaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering • To sharpen the design solution by sharing ideas early for feedback, being open to testing and making iterations • To Establish and promote design guidelines through introduction of design systems, best practices and standards throughout product laterals • Documenting the process Rinse and repeat
