Co. Ltd. – Locks division was a challenging and fun experience. I worked on production and continuous improvement projects. Being a core team member for TPM Excellence project I worked on Lean Manufacturing, Line Balancing, Process Mapping, Work Standardization, Facility Layout Planning, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Time studies, Statistical Analysis, Cost Reduction and Analysis areas at an industrial level. Winning the TPM Excellence Award for the organization conveyed the message – Hard work always pays off.
