I am Aditya, a Design Director working at UST. My role is to drive design engagements from strategy to execution and facilitate stakeholder conversations for impactful, large-scale solutions.About me: 10+ years as a Digital Product (UI/UX) Designer. Experience in working with service and product-based setups on cross-platform applications. Exposure to diverse domains like online learning, enterprise, BFSI, automobile, e-commerce, manufacturing and futuristic technology verticals. Expert proficiency in various design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Xd, Axure RP, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Serving as the primary overseer of these projects, I have guided ideas from initial concept to wireframe, prototype, and ultimately production. I specialise in understanding users, gathering insights and fostering innovative thinking.Ever since I was 12 years old, my fascination with art and constructing things has been constant. As time went on, my curiosity about how things work, combined with my love for technology, naturally guided me towards the field of design. After completing my education in Product Design, I discovered a growing interest in human-machine interactions and crafting digital product experiences. This passion ultimately propelled me into my professional career as a UX Designer.When I\'m not designing, I find myself engrossed in personal finance and investments, geeking out over tracking expenses and discovering new investment strategies. I have a strong passion for fitness and nutrition and thoroughly enjoy discussing and exploring these topics. Occasionally, I indulge in reading and writing articles on the fascinating intersection of design and psychology.
