With 11+ years of software engineering experience, I am currently a Senior Software Engineer at Amazon Alexa, where I design, build, and maintain distributed backend services and data pipelines that process high volumes of data to drive improvements in Alexa\'s latency and accuracy. I have a strong background in distributed backend systems, microservices and event-driven architecture.I am passionate about innovation and problem-solving, and I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. Some of my key achievements include improving the payments success rate and availability of the India payments gateway for Amazon.in, launching new observability features and visualizations for Alexa developers, and systemically resolving operational and scaling issues.
