About Aditya Jain

Aditya has been an advisor to the Government of India (GoI) with more than 12 years of valuable experience. He is currently working as a Senior Manager in EY where he is working for the Smart Cities Division under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA). Prior to this, he provided consultancy services on the Government-Owned Corporate Operated (GOCO) Model to the Ministry of Defence. He has also been an advisor for Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban), MoHUA where he led the ICT initiatives and has helped in solving the sanitation problems through technology such as partnering with Google and locating all the public toilets on Google Maps, Swachhata App etc. and won Kudos Award by KPMG and Client Appreciation by Joint Secretary, Government of India. He has worked in NIIT Technologies as a part of the Leadership Acceleration Program (LeAP), Cognizant as a Pre-Sales Consultant, and Tata Consultancy Services Limited as a Consultant in restructuring operations of Large UK Bank where he received a Client Appreciation certificate, TCS Gems and Star Team Award from Head, Global HR for being the inspiring role model.He helped in implementing a technology solution for one of the chewing gum manufacturing FMCG companies - Wrigley India Private Limited and also devised a strategy to increase the listenership for 92.7 BIG FM with Reliance Broadcast Network Limited.He pursued his Post Graduation Diploma in Management (PGDM) from FORE School of Management, New Delhi and graduated as Bachelors in Technology (B.Tech) from Bharati Vidyapeeth’s College of Engineering, IP University, New Delhi.Energy, Enthusiasm, Conviction, and Optimism are some virtues that he holds close to his heart, and enjoys socializing, public speaking, face reading & singing.
