Aditya is a 19 yo serial founder, whose entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 15, driven by the thrill of creation, innovation and the knack to create novel solutions. He operates with a distinct growth mindset; he views failure not as a setback, but as a powerful learning tool and success as not just a fleeting victory, but as a validated process. An attempt is all that matters.As a founder, Aditya operated as the ultimate generalist, a literal one-person army wearing every essential hat. This forced self-reliance and a critical foundation for future delegation. On the other hand, one of the most important things that Aditya has learned and has truly mastered is building a strong, trustworthy, and vision-aligned team across all his ventures. This approach has consistently enabled his ventures and teams to operate with clarity, speed, and cohesion, turning ambitious ideas into scalable realities.Currently, Aditya is actively working on three ventures: Turfingo, CrftHQ and Foundry, each reflecting his diverse expertise and entrepreneurial vision.
