Our team\'s dedication to risk management and business expansion is mirrored in the development of tailored scorecard solutions, leveraging my expertise in data parsing, EDA, and machine learning.My Past - IOT to Data Science in Finance = My journey as an engineerI started as an IOT (Internet of Things) developer in my 2nd year BE. I was having fun making IOT devices. Then I came across the data generated by these devices, thought to play with it. Eventually, I got into Data Science, worked in a Cyber security project and now I am having fun with financial data - Currently, I am helping in making data driven decisions for controlling risk and increasing business in lending space- My work generally revolves around Data cleaning, Feature creation, EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis), Machine Learning and Credit policies. The data consists of credit bureau data, bank statement data and other alternate sources of data coming from payment gateway, social websites, geography, etc- Developed 15+ credit risk models which includes Underwriting, Behavioural and Collection models- Built segment based scorecards post analysing Bureau and customer persona. Built and deployed scorecards for Personal loan, Business loan, Secured Business loan and also developed Upsell-Cross sell solutions- I was involved in helping to form credit policies based on historical data and financial understanding. Also, involved in testing the credit policies and helping to change the credit policies based on approval rate and credit risk of the customers- Coming to my Engineering phase, I was more of a practical oriented guy who used to make IOT devices, think of innovative ideas and learn new concepts. My projects were mostly in Electronics domain, some were hobby and some were academic- Apart from work, I am a gym goer and I also do some finance/data science related courses in my left over time. I love to travel on weekend with anyone, it refreshes my mind. My journey from IOT to Finance has constantly motivated me to practice Data Science
