Project: Salesforce Public Sector Implementation – Connecticut Department of Social Services (DSS)For the Connecticut DSS, I play a pivotal role in designing and delivering a robust, scalable platform that supports critical public assistance programs, including Fuel Assistance, Financial Aid, and Adult Care Services. Our mission-driven work directly supports Connecticut’s citizens by simplifying access to vital social services.In this role, I provide end-to-end architectural leadership, hands-on development, and technical guidance to the Salesforce team. Key accomplishments include:Experience Cloud Security & Access Management: Designed and implemented secure, seamless user authentication using Single Sign-On (SSO) with Just-In-Time (JIT) user provisioning to streamline external user access.Authorization Framework: Defined and implemented a scalable permission model using Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules to support complex user roles and data access requirements.Leveraged Adobe eSign integration with Salesforce to automate document signing process by stakeholders. Configured, implemented Salesforce to Box integration & workflows for effective file management.Helping Deploying Shield Platform Encryption in existing salesforce orgs. Implemented event driven integration between Salesforce and external payment with Mule Soft ESB.(Ongoing project)Developer Leadership: I provide technical leadership for a team of developers and admins — providing code reviews, architectural direction, and mentoring to ensure quality and maintainability across the project.Citizen-Centered Design: Focused on building user-centric solutions that improve usability and accessibility for Connecticut residents in need of assistance.Working on this project gives me a strong sense of purpose, knowing that the systems I help build are directly improving lives of our constinuents by facilitating easier and more secure access to essential services.
