   Working with Hub Delivery team which is responsible for door delivery in more than 8 geographies across the globe.* Designed and delivered multiple modules for react-based web application which is used Hub Delivery partners for daily operations. This increased the reach from Android phones to all the phones which comes with a web browser and camera.* Lead the effort for Hybrid web-app launch in multiple geographies including US, Japan, Mexico etc. including the sync with stake holders such as Product Managers, Program Managers from different geographies and launch teams.* Designed the feature to enable self-serve onboarding of Drivers via Mobile App/ Web for Hub Delivery program.* Lead the effort to deliver Driver onboarding feature in all the existing operational geographies of Hub Delivery Program. Additionally contributed with SOP documentation and knowledge sharing sessions for the team members to follow in order to launch this feature in any geography.* Designed and delivered the feature self-serve onboarding of Store Partners (stores who associates with Amazon for delivery where they can hire drivers to deliver) as Drivers resulting in improved delivery times.
