Dr Aditya has managed and coordinated various projects on the ground by engaging with the various stakeholders including IDAs and Governments. He is PhD. in Management and experience in working with big-data sets, survey and converted data into insights and provide actionable recommendations. He has experience in statistical and econometric techniques such as Regressions, hypotheses testing, causality models, scale development, survey development, pilot analysis and his tool kit includes R and python programming, Tableau and PowerBi dashboarding. PhD thesis dealt with the impact of behavioural biases in financial decision making. The three research questions applied to retail investors, fund managers, and corporations. Explored the influence of behavioural factors in decision‐making. Experience in conducting experimental studies, stock market simulation studies, big data analytics, web mining, NLP, and sentiment analysis.Acquainted with a broad range of finance topics like Corporate finance, Valuation, Security Analysis, Portfolio Management, Derivatives and Mergers and acquisitions.
