I design and build large-scale data platforms, most recently at Myntra, where I\'ve led some of the more complex data infrastructure initiatives the company has run.The first: architecting Myntra\'s near real-time streaming platform from scratch. It now processes millions of events per second, powering user personalisation, fraud detection, and several other critical systems.The second: leading the data platform for Myntra\'s Ads Monetisation business end-to-end, spanning batch and streaming pipelines, frequency capping, reporting infrastructure, and report serving. This pulled together the full breadth of the data platform, with the real-time infrastructure as one of its core components.Currently I\'m leading GenAI tooling adoption within the data platform engineering team, establishing coding standards, Cursor rules, and quality guardrails (unit test coverage, code complexity, quality gates) to ensure AI-assisted development meets production engineering bar.Prior to Myntra, I spent five years at Cisco on backend engineering and distributed systems, the foundation that eventually pulled me toward data platform architecture.Outside of work, I\'ve built Udemy courses on real-time streaming and distributed systems, because teaching something clearly to others is still the sharpest way I know to stress-test your own understanding.

   Architected the data platform layer for Myntra\'s Ads Monetisation business, covering batch and streaming pipelines, frequency capping, reporting infrastructure, and report serving.Drove a platform-wide TCO reduction initiative across the data platform, eliminating significant infrastructure waste and operational overhead.Led the conversion of critical batch pipelines to streaming, reducing end-to-end latency by 90%, from several hours to a few minutes.Established Engineering Excellence standards across the data platform team, including GenAI tooling adoption, Cursor rules, and quality guardrails (test coverage, complexity gates).Designed and led the architecture for vector search as a reusable platform capability within Myntra.
