Designer / StorytellerDo What You Love. Love What You Do-As a Senior Product Designer at CleverTap, I design experiences to help brands retain their customers, forever, with CleverTap’s All-In-One engagement platform. I have a Masters in Design from MIT Institute of Design, where I also serve as a guest faculty, mentoring Masters of Design students on design fundamentals. My core competencies include Product Design, Design Thinking, UX Design, Creative Direction, and Design Management.In my current role, I am crafting experiences for Analytics and Segmentation at CleverTap, enabling brands to better understand and target their customers. Previously, I designed experiences for a 360° customer view with an AI-powered Unified Agent Desktop at Sprinklr and simplified technology to enhance customer experiences and drive better outcomes with Sprinklr\'s Modern Care and Modern Research. I have also worked as a UX Designer at Tata Consultancy Services, UX Design Intern at Microsoft (ODSP, studio+91), and as a Designer at Rebel Foods and Ethinos Digital Marketing. I am passionate about creating user-centric and inclusive solutions that solve real-world problems and deliver value to both businesses and customers. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked with clients across various industries and domains. I am always eager to learn new skills, collaborate with others, and contribute to the organization’s vision and culture.
